In a tradition of her tour, Swift thrilled the audience with two rare mashups during the acoustic segment of her performance. 

The first mashup featured “Should’ve Said No” from her 2006 debut album and “You’re Not Sorry” from 2008’s Fearless. Swift then enchanted fans with a “New Year’s Day” piano medley from Reputation and “Peace” from Folklore.

“The Tortured Poets Department” Expands with “The Albatross:”

Adding to the excitement, Swift surprised fans by announcing a third edition of her forthcoming album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” titled “The Albatross.” 

This edition includes a limited bonus song of the same name, revealed during the surprise song segment of the evening’s performance, where opener Sabrina Carpenter joined Swift for a mashup of “White Horse” and “Coney Island.”

Swift’s Commitment to Unique Performances:

Swift’s inventive approach to her Eras Tour extends beyond surprises. During the Melbourne leg of the tour, she introduced mashups like “Getaway Car,” “August,” and “The Other Side of the Door.” 

Emphasizing her dedication to creativity, Swift encouraged fans to expect more innovative surprises throughout the tour, promising to explore new acoustic sets and song combinations.

In a heartfelt moment with her devoted fan base, Swift expressed her desire to bring joy to her audience, acknowledging their role in her happiness. 

She shared her commitment to challenging herself with fresh surprises. 

She expressed gratitude for the immense support from fans worldwide, ensuring each concert remains a unique and unforgettable experience.
