While K-pop acts, including SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and NewJeans, make a notable presence in the IFPI’s top 10, Swift emerges as the ultimate victor. Her global impact is undeniable, with Swifties worldwide contributing to her chart-topping success.

Swift’s Midnights LP and the re-releases of her Speak Now and 1989 albums, branded “Taylor’s Version,” captivated audiences worldwide.

Her record-breaking The Eras Tour, currently underway in Australia, further propelled her catalog’s engagement on streaming platforms.

IFPI’s Recognition of Swift’s Influence:

Lewis Morrison, director of charts and certifications at IFPI, commends Swift’s unparalleled talent and dedication to her craft.

He acknowledges her ability to redefine global success and expresses pride in awarding her the IFPI Global Recording Artist of the Year Award for the fourth time.

The IFPI’s Global Recording Artist of the Year Award, now in its 11th year, celebrates excellence in the music industry and acknowledges artists who demonstrate exceptional achievement on a global scale.

Swift’s latest triumph underscores her enduring impact and unwavering popularity among fans worldwide.
